Anvil K9 Dog Training LLC provides professional dog training and boarding services in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. Our services include but are not limited to Board and Train programs, obedience training, and behavioral modification. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of your dog’s needs.
2. SMS and Text Messaging
By submitting a form on our website that includes your phone number, you consent to receive a one-time automated text message from Anvil K9 Dog Training acknowledging your inquiry. This is not a recurring messaging program. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of any future messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Our messaging is powered by Twilio and is subject to their terms of service.
3. Financing
Financing for our services may be available through Affirm, a third-party financing provider. Any financing arrangement is between you and Affirm and is subject to Affirm’s terms, conditions, and credit approval. Anvil K9 Dog Training LLC is not responsible for Affirm’s lending decisions or terms.
4. Payments and Cancellations
Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin. Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits may be required for Board and Train programs and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Assumption of Risk
Dog training and boarding involve inherent risks. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, you acknowledge that participation in training or boarding programs carries some risk of injury. You agree to disclose any known behavioral issues, health conditions, or aggression history prior to services beginning.
6. Liability
Anvil K9 Dog Training LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur during the normal course of training or boarding services, except in cases of gross negligence. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and training materials, is the property of Anvil K9 Dog Training LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
