Jake Mumford founded Anvil K9 Dog Training with a straightforward mission: help dogs and their owners build a relationship based on trust, clarity, and mutual respect.
That commitment led to earning the NePoPo Gold Certificate, one of the most respected achievements in modern dog training worldwide. The NePoPo system, developed by renowned trainer Bart Bellon, represents a sophisticated, science-based approach to dog training that goes far beyond the basics. Earning Gold certification requires demonstrated mastery of the system and the ability to produce consistent, high-level results across a wide range of dogs and behavioral challenges.
Jake is also a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, authorized to prepare dogs for and administer the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen test, the gold standard for well-mannered companion dogs.
